Hides the toolbar containing the inventory button, etc.

hide_toolbar()
Results: The toolbar will no longer be visible until shown again.
Use the Hide Toolbar function to temporarily hide the toolbar during cutscenes or dialogue to prevent the buttons from being accessed.
